    Is VAT included?

    No. Prices exclude VAT where applicable. VAT is calculated based on your billing location.

    Why annual billing only?

    We retain your compliance history and evidence year-round so you can report quarterly without losing data or audit context.

    Can I cancel?

    Yes. You can cancel renewal anytime. Your plan remains active until the end of the billing period.

    Do you provide invoices?

    Yes. Invoices are available for all paid plans.

    Does this cover foreign companies selling into Germany?

    Yes. The plans are intended for any company placing packaged goods on the German market, including non-German entities.

    Does VM replace a dual system contract?

    No. VM supports reporting workflows and exports. A dual system contract may still be required depending on your packaging and obligations.

    What happens if I need corrections after submission?

    Standard includes corrections/versioning with locking and an evidence trail. Starter supports basic reporting workflows.

    Is there onboarding help?

    Starter includes guided import templates and validation. Standard includes priority support.

    What payment methods are supported?

    Card payments via Stripe. For Enterprise we also support invoiced billing upon request.

    Can I switch plans later?

    Yes. You can upgrade at any time. We’ll apply a prorated credit where applicable.

    How are SKUs counted?

    An SKU is a product entry used for reporting. Limits are per organization.

    Do you store evidence for audits?

    Standard stores an audit-ready evidence trail (locking, snapshots, verification).
